Take ten minutes of your life every day to find peace in your mind and soul. Yes, it can sound a bit spiritual and strange but the fact is that you will feel better and more in zen if you spend  ten minutes to meditate. I started to meditate 10 minutes and then it increased to 20. I struggle to make it longer than 20 min. But hopefully I will get there one day….
It’s about disconnecting from your surroundings and connecting with yourself.
I use the app, Breethe which has a lot of different meditations you can choose between. If I don’t make a meditation during the day I do it in the evening before going to bed. I find it super helpful to relax the body and the get a better sleep.
Don't thank me now but you will thank yourself later.
